Narendra Modi | Israel

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has expressed deep sorrow upon learning about the terrorist attacks in Israel. He emphasized India’s unity with Israel during these challenging times and extended his heartfelt condolences and prayers to the innocent victims and their families.

In a recent tweet, the Prime Minister said, “The news of terrorist attacks in Israel has deeply saddened us. Our thoughts and prayers are with the innocent victims and their families. We stand united with Israel in this difficult time.”

The Hamas-led attacks on Israel have resulted in the tragic loss of 22 lives, with more than 500 people injured. In response to these attacks, Israel has declared a state of war. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has stated that Hamas militants will pay a heavy price for this aggression.

On Saturday morning, a barrage of rockets from Gaza Strip rained down on Israel. The rocket attacks caused significant damage to various cities in Israel and inflicted severe civilian casualties. Several buildings have caught fire as a result of these attacks. Following the strikes, Prime Minister Netanyahu convened a meeting with the country’s top security officials. He declared that Israel had been subjected to a terrorist attack by Hamas and promised a measured response.

These events have escalated tensions in the region, and the world is closely watching the situation as it unfolds. International leaders and organizations are calling for restraint and a peaceful resolution to the conflict.

The Indian government’s expression of solidarity with Israel reflects the strong bilateral relations between the two nations. India has consistently supported Israel’s right to defend itself and has condemned acts of terrorism in all forms.

As the situation continues to evolve, the global community hopes for a de-escalation of the conflict and a return to stability in the region. The words of Prime Minister Modi serve as a reminder of the importance of unity and compassion in times of crisis, reinforcing the bonds of friendship between India and Israel.
