These projects span across vital sectors such as irrigation, power, roadways, railways, water supply, coal, and industry. Among the highlights is the launch of the Cyber Tehsil project aimed at revolutionizing government service delivery in Madhya Pradesh.
The irrigation sector will witness significant investments, with the foundation stone being laid for projects worth over Rs 5500 crore, including the Upper Narmada Project, Raghavpur Multipurpose Project, and Basaniya Multipurpose Project. These initiatives will facilitate irrigation over 75000 hectares of agricultural land in Dindori, Anuppur, and Mandla districts, thereby bolstering agricultural productivity and improving access to power and drinking water.
Furthermore, the Prime Minister will dedicate two micro-irrigation projects worth more than Rs 800 crore, benefiting over 26,000 hectares of land in Betul and Khandwa districts.
Railway infrastructure will also see a boost with the inauguration of three projects costing over Rs 2200 crores, aimed at enhancing connectivity and fostering socio-economic development in the region.
In a bid to spur industrial growth, the Prime Minister will lay the foundation stone for multiple industrial projects amounting to about Rs 1000 crore, including the Mega Leather, Footwear, and Accessories Cluster at Sitapur in Morena district.
The coal sector will witness investments exceeding Rs 1000 crore, with projects like the Jayant OCP CHP Silo in NCL Singrauli and Dudhichua OCP CHP-Silo.
To strengthen the power sector, foundation stones for six substations will be laid across Panna, Raisen, Chhindwara, and Narmadapuram districts, benefiting eleven districts in total.
Additionally, projects worth about Rs 880 crore under AMRUT 2.0 and other schemes will be initiated to augment and strengthen water supply systems in various districts, including Khargone.
The Cyber Tehsil project, covering all 55 districts of the state, will streamline government services by ensuring paperless, faceless, end-to-end online processing of mutation of sale-purchase and record correction in revenue records, thereby enhancing efficiency and transparency in governance.
