Union Minister of Food Processing Industries, Chirag Paswan, will inaugurate the 8th edition of Indusfood 2025 at the India Exposition Mart Ltd in Greater Noida on January 8. Organized by the Trade Promotion Council of India (TPCI) with the support of the Department of Commerce, Indusfood is Asia’s largest annual food and beverage (F&B) trade exhibition and is set to take a major leap in 2025 by debuting as an integrated farm-to-fork trade show.
This edition will bring together over 2,300 exhibitors from more than 30 countries, covering an expansive exhibition space of over 120,000 square meters. The event expects to host 7,500 international buyers and 15,000 Indian buyers and trade visitors. It will run from January 8 to 10, at India Expo Mart, Greater Noida.
Indusfood 2025 will feature two other concurrent events, the fourth edition of Indusfood Manufacturing, which focuses on food processing, packaging, and hospitality technologies, and the inaugural edition of Indusfood Agritech, dedicated to agricultural, fisheries, dairy, and poultry farming technologies. These two events will take place from January 9-11, at Yashobhoomi, Dwarka, New Delhi.
The integrated format of this year’s event, featuring these three trade fairs, has been meticulously designed to foster synergies across the entire farm-to-fork value chain. The event promises unparalleled networking opportunities, offering platforms for business expansion and providing valuable market insights through focused knowledge-sharing sessions. Participants will be able to explore innovative solutions, forge strategic partnerships, and stay ahead in the ever-evolving global F&B sector.
Indusfood 2025 will also witness the participation of 35 international chefs, 100 Indian delegates, and professionals from Delhi NCR. Hosted buyers from over 100 countries will attend, providing Indian food companies an exceptional opportunity to expand their reach beyond the Indian diaspora to native populations across the globe.
One of the highlights of event will be the Asia President’s Forum, hosted in India for the first time, in partnership with the Indian Federation of Culinary Associations (IFCA). This prestigious event will bring together over 30 presidents of national chef associations from across Asia. Two mega summits will be held on the sidelines of the show, focusing on the food manufacturing and agritech sectors.
Speaking about the event, Mohit Singla, Chairman of TPCI, emphasized the transformative potential of Indusfood, saying, event is all about bridging the gaps between farmers, technology providers, and global markets. It not only enhances trade opportunities but also directly improves farmer incomes by creating access to better markets and value-addition opportunities.
