All-party Indian delegation in Seoul highlights zero tolerance for terrorism

An all-party Indian parliamentary delegation, led by JD(U) MP Sanjay Kumar Jha, met with Ambassador Amit Kumar at the Indian Embassy in Seoul as part of diplomatic engagements under Operation Sindoor—India’s outreach following the recent Pahalgam terror attack.

The delegation includes Trinamool Congress MP Abhishek Banerjee, CPI(M) MP John Brittas, BJP MPs Aparajita Sarangi, Brij Lal, Pradan Baruah, Hemang Joshi, and Ambassador Mohan Kumar.

The Embassy of India in Seoul posted on X:

“The All-Party Parliamentary Delegation, led by Hon’ble MP Mr. Sanjay Kumar Jha, began their engagements on Operation Sindoor with a briefing by Ambassador Amit Kumar, who set the context for strong messaging of India’s zero tolerance against terrorism.”

After concluding its visit to Japan, the delegation arrived in Seoul and was welcomed by the Embassy as part of India’s unified campaign against terrorism. A separate post added, “India stands committed to fighting terrorism in all its forms and manifestations.”

In Tokyo, the delegation paid tributes to Mahatma Gandhi and freedom fighter Rash Behari Bose on the eve of his birth anniversary. The Embassy noted, “Drawing inspiration from the courage of our freedom fighters, India today stands united with a resolve to combat terrorism. Never Forget, Never Forgive.”

The delegation also interacted with members of the Indian diaspora in Japan, discussing the April 22 Pahalgam terror attack and reaffirming India’s position. The Embassy said, “They clearly explained Pakistan’s role in the attacks and how India, through Operation Sindoor, destroyed terror bases in Pakistan and PoK. Terror and talks cannot go together; blood and water cannot flow together.”
