MY Bharat, under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, has signed a three-year Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the School of Ultimate Leadership Foundation (SOUL) to collaborate on youth leadership development, capacity building, and knowledge sharing.
According the the ministry, the partnership aims to create over one lakh youth leaders in the age group of 18–29 years from across the country through programmes in governance, public policy, social entrepreneurship, digital literacy, financial literacy, and other domains.
The MoU will remain in force for three years and may be extended with mutual consent.
The key activities under the MoU include the development and delivery of youth leadership programmes across multiple domains; organisation of youth conclaves, seminars, workshops, and fellowships; capacity building of educational and training institutions; joint research and policy advocacy; dissemination of best practices in youth leadership; exchange of trainers and expertise; development and sharing of training materials, curriculum, and assessment tools; networking events to connect youth leaders nationwide; and online quizzes and merit-based selection of participants.
An online programme to imbibe leadership skills among the youth of the country is expected to be launched in September 2025.
