Ayush ministry resolves 1,116 public grievances under Special Campaign 4.0

The Ministry of Ayush on Monday announced that it has resolved 1,116 public grievances under Special Campaign 4.0, reaffirming its commitment to efficiency, transparency, and cleanliness.

Conducted between November 2024 and August 2025, the campaign focused on streamlining operations, improving workplace environments, and addressing pending matters with urgency. During this period, the ministry disposed of 56 references from Members of Parliament, 12 Parliamentary assurances, nine state government references, 10 PMO references, 1,116 public grievances, and 121 public grievance appeals.

The Ayush ministry said these achievements reflect its continued dedication to strengthening citizen services and institutional effectiveness. It has consistently ranked among the top 10 central ministries for grievance disposal, underscoring its citizen-centric approach.

In the previous Special Campaign 3.0 held in 2024, the ministry had resolved more than 1,300 public grievances, along with 33 references from MPs, 18 Parliamentary assurances, and 187 grievance appeals.

Preparations are now underway for Special Campaign 5.0, which will place greater emphasis on sustainability, cleanliness, and robust grievance redressal mechanisms. Ayush institutes, research councils, and national organisations will also intensify cleanliness drives across campuses, herbal gardens, water bodies, bus stations, and community spaces.
