A key highlight of the event will be the launch of the PM Dhan Dhaanya Krishi Yojana with an allocation of ₹24,000 crore. In addition, PM Modi will inaugurate and dedicate to the nation projects worth over ₹5,450 crore in the agriculture, animal husbandry, fisheries, and food processing sectors. These include Artificial Insemination Training Centers in Bengaluru and Jammu & Kashmir, Centres of Excellence in Amreli and Banas, an IVF Lab in Assam under the Rashtriya Gokul Mission, and milk powder plants in Mehsana, Indore, and Bhilwara. A fish feed plant in Tezpur, Assam, under the Pradhan Mantri Matsya Sampada Yojana, and agro-processing and cold chain infrastructure will also be inaugurated.

Foundation stones will be laid for additional projects worth around ₹815 crore, including integrated cold chain and value addition facilities in Krishna, Andhra Pradesh; trout fisheries in Uttarakhand; an Integrated Aqua Park in Nagaland; a smart and integrated fishing harbour in Karaikal, Puducherry; and an advanced aquapark in Hirakud, Odisha.

The event will also celebrate key milestones under government initiatives such as 50 lakh farmer memberships in 10,000 Farmer Producer Organisations (FPOs), certification of 50,000 farmers under the National Mission for Natural Farming, and the operationalization of over 10,000 multipurpose and e-PACS. More than 10,000 Primary Agriculture Cooperative Credit Societies (PACS) have diversified their operations to function as Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samriddhi Kendras (PMKSKs) and Common Service Centres (CSCs).

During the programme, the Prime Minister will distribute certificates to certified farmers, MAITRI technicians, and PACS converted into PMKSKs and CSCs. He will also interact with pulses farmers who have benefited from various government schemes aimed at strengthening value chains in agriculture, animal husbandry, and fisheries.
