Apple expands in India: Fifth retail store to open in Noida on December 11

Apple on Friday announced that its fifth retail outlet in India will open in Noida on December 11.

The new outlet, Apple Noida, will be located inside DLF Mall of India and will provide customers with a dedicated space to explore Apple products, receive expert support, and experience the brand’s services firsthand.

Earlier, the company unveiled the store barricade, showcasing a colorful design inspired by peacock feathers — a symbol of India’s pride and creativity. This theme was also used during the recent openings of Apple Hebbal in Bengaluru and Apple Koregaon Park in Pune, reflecting Apple’s effort to celebrate modern India through its retail experience.

The store will showcase Apple’s latest devices, including the iPhone 17 lineup, M5-powered iPad Pro, and 14-inch MacBook Pro. Customers will also have access to Apple Specialists, Creatives, Geniuses, and Business teams for personalized support.

Visitors can join ‘Today at Apple’ sessions, which include free workshops on photography, music, art, and coding. The company said its retail network continues to offer more personalized ways to connect through Apple Store Online, Shop with a Specialist Over Video, and the Apple Store app.

Apple started its retail operations in India in April 2023 with the opening of its first two stores in Mumbai’s BKC and Delhi’s Saket. In their first year, the two outlets generated nearly Rs 800 crore in combined revenue, with the Saket store contributing around 60 percent of total sales.

The company is broadening its services in India, introducing new AppleCare+ plans that now include Theft and Loss coverage for iPhones.
