The International Film Festival of India (IFFI) is set to go beyond the silver screen this year with a new cultural celebration titled IFFIESTA 2025 – a four-night festival of music, art, and live performances that will showcase India’s creative spirit.
Organised by Doordarshan in association with Saregama, MJ Films, and Dilli Gharana, IFFIESTA will be held from November 21 to 24, at the Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Auditorium in Goa. The event promises to transform the film festival into a vibrant confluence of sound, rhythm, and artistic expression.
Curated under WAVES Culturals & Concerts, IFFIESTA aims to celebrate India’s musical excellence and the rise of its “creative and live economy” – a space where art, innovation, and enterprise come together to create shared cultural experiences.
Each evening of IFFIESTA 2025 will feature a distinct theme and mood, ranging from soulful melodies to high-energy performances. Every night will be hosted by a celebrity anchor and feature a special guest singer presented by Saregama, offering audiences a dynamic blend of talent and storytelling.
The four-day lineup begins on November 21 with a live concert by singer Osho Jain, which will be a ticketed event. The following evenings – November 22, 23, and 24 – will feature the Festival Showcase, presenting the Battle of Bands (India and International), Suron Ka Eklavya, and Waah Ustad. The third evening will also include a special showcase, Devanchal ki Prem Katha. These events will be open to the public with free entry, allowing festivalgoers to experience a diverse range of performances and creative collaborations.
