The 44th India International Trade Fair (IITF), organised by the India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO), concluded in New Delhi on Thursday with an award presentation ceremony at the Musical Fountain Stage in Bharat Mandapam. ITPO Managing Director Neeraj Kharwal presented the IITF 2025 Awards for Excellence in Display across multiple categories.
Rajasthan, Bihar and Uttar Pradesh won the top three awards in the Partner State category, while Jharkhand received the gold medal in the Focus State category. Odisha, Madhya Pradesh and Puducherry were recognised in the States and Union Territories category, with commendations going to Delhi, Goa and Karnataka. Meghalaya, Kerala and Andhra Pradesh were awarded for thematic presentations, alongside commendations to Chhattisgarh, Arunachal Pradesh and Tripura.
As part of the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan initiatives, Haryana, Punjab and Assam won the top awards for Swachh Pavilion. Foreign pavilions from Thailand, Iran and Dubai received medals, with special commendations to exhibitors from South Korea, Turkey and the Tibetan Chamber of Commerce. The Ministry of Defence topped the Ministries and Government Departments category, followed by the Ministry of Mines and the Ministry of Railways.
Awards were also presented to PSUs and PSBs, commodity boards, outreach initiatives and private-sector exhibitors. Food stalls and vending points were recognised separately, with Bansal Food and Beverages, Rohilya Food Pvt. Ltd., Daana Pani and Gath Bandhan Farms among the winners.
Kharwal said the 14-day fair drew more than 1.8 million visitors and showcased a wide range of technological, agricultural and eco-friendly innovations under the theme “Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat”. In his welcome address, ITPO’s Lt. Col. Harsh Kondilya noted encouraging business responses from participants and thanked exhibitors and visitors for their continued support of the IITF platform.
