The ninth edition of Indusfood 2026, India’s flagship global food and beverage sourcing exhibition, will be held from January 8 to 10 at the India Expo Centre and Mart in Greater Noida, aiming to strengthen India’s position as a reliable partner in global food supply chains.
Organised by the Trade Promotion Council of India (TPCI), Indusfood 2026 is expected to bring together leading Indian food producers, international buyers, policymakers and industry leaders to promote trade collaborations, bilateral engagements and long-term partnerships. The event is billed as Asia’s premier food and beverage trade show.
Union Minister of Food Processing Industries Chirag Paswan will inaugurate the exhibition, reflecting the government’s focus on strengthening the food processing sector, boosting exports and expanding global market access for Indian food products.
A major highlight of the event will be the launch of the India–UAE Food Corridor by Abu Dhabi Food Hub, aimed at enhancing food security, streamlining supply chains and accelerating bilateral food trade. Saudi Arabian exhibitor Alsalan will also mark its 75-year milestone at the exhibition, underlining growing food trade ties between India and Saudi Arabia.
The exhibition is expected to see participation from over 120 countries, including thousands of verified international buyers and several high-level global trade delegations.
Indusfood 2026 will feature specialised business and logistics platforms, including a ‘Bharat Mart’ session by DP World focusing on export infrastructure, logistics integration and policy dialogue. The inaugural World Culinary Heritage Conference will also be held, bringing together chefs, policymakers and industry leaders to discuss culinary heritage and innovation.
Skill development will be a key focus area, with the India International Centre for Culinary Leadership (IICCL), in collaboration with IFCA, conducting a five-day residential programme for 150 chefs, offering Level-1 ‘Ambassador of Indian Cuisine’ certification. Cultural engagements will include the ‘India on a Platter’ Gala Dinner hosted by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry for ministers, ambassadors and global buyers.
The exhibition will also host international tasting sessions and innovation platforms, including cheese and wine tasting by Cyprus and APEDA’s ‘Bharati Initiative’, which will showcase Indian agri-food startups through pitch sessions for global buyers. Industry bodies such as FIFI, FHRAI and KSBA will participate in curated knowledge and networking engagements.
Several international delegations are expected, including trade association leaders from Turkey, Worldchefs President Chef Andy Cuthbert, Asia Continental Director Chef Willment Leong, and senior officials and retail buyers from Fiji.
With rising global demand for safe, sustainable and traceable food products, Indusfood 2026 is set to act as a key platform connecting Indian producers with global markets and advancing export-led growth in the food sector.
