Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday extended birthday greetings to Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta, praising her efforts to accelerate the national capital’s development and improve the quality of life for its residents.
In a post on X, the Prime Minister said, “Birthday wishes to Delhi Chief Minister Smt. Rekha Gupta Ji. Her efforts to boost Delhi’s progress and further ‘Ease of Living’ for the people are commendable. Praying for her long life and good health.”
The Prime Minister’s message was among greetings from several senior BJP leaders, who lauded Gupta’s leadership and wished her continued success in serving the people of Delhi.
In a post on X, Union Home Minister Amit Shah said, “Heartiest birthday greetings to the Chief Minister of Delhi, Smt. Rekha Gupta Ji. Under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi Ji, you are continuously working towards making Delhi more beautiful, cleaner, and self-reliant. I pray to God to bless you with good health and a long, fulfilling life.”
Defence Minister Rajnath Singh also conveyed his wishes. In a post on X, he said, “Warm birthday wishes to Delhi Chief Minister Smt. Rekha Gupta Ji. She is working with dedication for the development and welfare of the people of Delhi. May she continue serving the citizens with the same commitment and contribute to the city’s progress. Wishing her good health, happiness, and a long life.”
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath extended his greetings, He said, “Heartfelt birthday greetings to the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Delhi, Smt. Rekha Gupta Ji. I pray to Lord Shri Ram to bless you with excellent health, a long life, and a glorious future.”
Delhi Minister Parvesh Verma described Gupta’s leadership as instrumental in driving the capital’s development.
