Prime Minister Narendra Modi shared a Sanskrit Subhashitam highlighting that a wise and discerning person should draw the essence from every branch of knowledge, whether great or small.
He emphasised the importance of seeking and assimilating valuable wisdom from every source.
The Prime Minister wrote on X;
“अणुभ्यश्च महद्भ्यश्च शास्त्रेभ्यः कुशलो नरः।
सर्वतः सारमादद्यात् पुष्पेभ्य इव षट्पदः॥”
The Subhashitam conveys, “A wise and discerning person should draw the essence from every branch of knowledge, great or small, just as a bee gathers nectar from every flower. Likewise, one should seek out and assimilate the most valuable wisdom from every source”.
