Rainfall activity is expected to decline in Rajasthan with the effect of a western disturbance over the state set to gradually weaken on Tuesday, the Met department said.
However, light rain may occur at isolated places in eastern Rajasthan, while the weather is expected to remain mainly dry over most parts of the state next week, it said.
In the 24 hours till Tuesday morning, light to moderate rain was recorded at isolated places in Sikar, Jhunjhunu, Jaipur, Dausa, Bharatpur, Tonk, Karauli, Chittorgarh, Sawai Madhopur, Sri Ganganagar, Hanumangarh, Churu and Didwana-Kuchaman districts.
The highest rainfall of 52 mm was recorded at Phagi in Jaipur district.
