The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has introduced a ‘Toll Plaza Feedback’ feature on the Rajmargyatra mobile app, enabling National Highway users to rate their toll plaza experience, report concerns and suggest improvements. The initiative aims to strengthen citizen participation, improve service delivery at toll plazas and make highway journeys safer, smoother and more convenient.
Under the new feature, annual pass users will receive notifications on the Rajmargyatra app after crossing a National Highway toll plaza, inviting them to share their feedback. Other users can also access the ‘Toll Plaza Feedback’ option in the app’s menu to submit feedback on any toll plaza. Users can rate their experience, select options relevant to their journey and add remarks, if required, according to a press release by the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways.
The feature will provide NHAI with a direct channel to understand highway users’ experiences and identify areas requiring improvement in toll plaza services. The feedback will also help the authority monitor service delivery and address concerns raised by commuters.
NHAI has encouraged National Highway users to actively use the feature and share their experiences to support efforts to improve toll plaza services across the National Highway network.
