Union Food Processing Industries Minister Chirag Paswan on Wednesday launched the Ministry of Food Processing Industries’ revamped official website, featuring multilingual support, improved search functionality and enhanced data protection and security mechanisms.
The website was inaugurated at Panchsheel Bhawan in New Delhi in the presence of Food Processing Industries Secretary Avinash Joshi and other senior ministry officials.
Developed in accordance with the latest Government of India standards and guidelines, the platform aims to improve public access to information and strengthen transparency, accessibility and digital service delivery.
The Ministry said multilingual support would help reach a wider audience, while improved search tools would make it easier for users to navigate the website and find relevant information.
The platform provides citizens, industry stakeholders and officials with access to details about the ministry’s policies, schemes, initiatives, programmes and activities.
According to the Ministry, the upgrade is intended to create a more responsive and inclusive digital interface with a stronger focus on user experience.
The website is available at mofpi.gov.in.
