The Ministry of Law and Justice is organising an event in Rajasthan’s Bikaner district on Saturday to commemorate the 75th year of India as a Republic.
The Hamara Samvidhan, Hamara Samman Campaign aims to enhance awareness about the Constitution and the rights and duties of citizens. Union Law Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal, Chief Justice of India D.Y. Chandrachud, and several dignitaries will participate in the event.
During the event, the “Nyaya Sahayak” programme will be launched in 500 aspirational blocks in India. Nyaya Sahayak act as community based messengers for generating door to door awareness on legal services and solutions of Department of Justice in Aspirational Blocks & Districts.
Furthermore, several stalls will be set up by citizen-centric departments, including the Department of Justice to provide various services.
The Rajasthan state booklet highlighting important schemes and a tele-law program will also be launched during the function.
