As India commemorates its 75th Republic Day, messages of congratulations and goodwill have poured in from various corners of the world, underscoring the nation’s global standing and the depth of international partnerships.
The United States, a key strategic ally, extended warm Republic Day wishes to India. Vedant Patel, the Principal Deputy Spokesperson of the U.S. State Department, highlighted India’s importance as a strategic partner and expressed eagerness for collaborative efforts in various key areas. The gesture reflects the strong diplomatic ties and shared interests between the two nations.
Russian Ambassador to India, Denis Alipov, took to social media to convey his heartfelt congratulations on the momentous occasion. Alipov wished India prosperity, well-being, and a bright Amrit Kaal, reinforcing the enduring friendship between Russia and India with the words, “Long live Bharat, Long live Rusi-Bharatiya Dosti.”
Across diplomatic missions, symbolic celebrations marked the Republic Day. The Indian Embassy in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, illuminated in the tricolour, radiating a vibrant display of India’s national pride. Simultaneously, in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, the Indian Embassy organized a captivating photo exhibition at the Alisher Navoi National Library. The exhibition showcased the making of the Constitution of India, a testament to the country’s democratic journey. Indian Ambassador to Uzbekistan, Manish Prabhat, took the opportunity to present a copy of the Constitution of India in the Uzbek language during the exhibition.
