The Embassy of India in Abu Dhabi has announced a change in the outsourced service provider handling Indian passport, visa and consular services across the United Arab Emirates.
According to an official statement, the current service providers, BLS International Services Limited and SGIVS Global, will continue to accept and process applications until June 30, 2026. Following the completion of a tendering and selection process, Al Hind Tours and Travels LLC has been appointed as the new outsourced service provider for Indian passport, visa and consular services in the UAE.
The transition will take effect from July 1, 2026. From that date, all applications for Indian passport, visa and consular services will be accepted through designated centres operated by Al Hind Tours and Travels. Applicants have been advised to continue using existing BLS International and SGIVS Global centres for all applications submitted before July 1 and to follow official announcements for updates regarding the transition.
The Embassy also urged members of the Indian community and other applicants to rely only on official websites and verified social media platforms for accurate and up-to-date information. It said the Embassy and the Consulate remain committed to ensuring a smooth transition while maintaining efficient, accessible and high-quality consular services throughout the UAE.
