MY Bharat to host youth convention in Delhi, over 6,000 participants expected

Mera Yuva Bharat (MY Bharat), under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, will organise the ‘Youth for Viksit Bharat – MY Bharat Youth Convention’ at Thyagaraj Stadium in New Delhi on June 6, bringing together more than 6,000 young participants from across the country.

The convention, aligned with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of Viksit Bharat @2047, will see participation from students, young professionals, entrepreneurs, content creators, innovators, emerging leaders and achievers from diverse backgrounds.

Union Minister for Youth Affairs and Sports Mansukh Mandaviya and Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta are scheduled to attend the event, along with youth icons, industry leaders and distinguished guests from various sectors.

The programme will feature interactions with prominent personalities, including India’s fastest man Gurindervir Singh, entrepreneur and boAt co-founder Aman Gupta, Olympic medallist Aman Sehrawat, UPSC achievers and leading content creators such as Malhar Kalambe and RJ Raunac. The event will also honour young achievers who have excelled in sports, entrepreneurship, governance and content creation.

During the convention, MY Bharat will celebrate its recent Guinness World Records recognition for the “Most Users to Take an Online Quiz in One Week”, achieved through the Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue (VBYLD) Quiz.

According to the organisers, the initiative recorded participation from more than 50 lakh youth across all 28 states and eight Union Territories, while 3,90,812 participants successfully completed the quiz during the official assessment period, setting a new world record.

The convention aims to showcase the aspirations, achievements and leadership potential of India’s youth while reinforcing their role in nation-building and the country’s journey towards becoming a developed nation by 2047.
