The eastern and northeastern regions are not exempt from the wet weather. Fairly widespread to widespread rainfall is likely over Sub-Himalayan West Bengal & Sikkim, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam & Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram & Tripura.

In the north, Uttarakhand, East Rajasthan, and East Uttar Pradesh are expected to receive heavy rainfall. As the week progresses, very heavy rainfall is forecasted for Uttarakhand, parts of Uttar Pradesh, and Haryana.
