Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to embark on a visit to Uttar Pradesh on February 19th where he will inaugurate several projects aimed at fostering development and prosperity in the state.
In the morning, PM Modi will lay the foundation stone of the Shri Kalki Dham Temple, situated in the Sambhal district. The temple, being constructed under the auspices of the Shri Kalki Dham Nirman Trust, led by Chairman Acharya Pramod Krishnam, holds immense cultural and spiritual significance. PM Modi will unveil the temple’s model and address the assembled gathering, which is expected to include prominent saints, religious leaders, and dignitaries.
Later in the day, the Prime Minister will preside over the launch of 14,000 projects across Uttar Pradesh, collectively valued at over Rs 10 lakh crore. These projects, spanning various sectors such as Manufacturing, Renewable Energy, IT & ITeS, Food Processing, Housing & Real Estate, Hospitality and Entertainment, and Education, are the fruition of investment proposals received during the UP Global Investors Summit 2023 (UPGIS 2023). The event, which attracted widespread attention from both domestic and international investors, showcased Uttar Pradesh’s potential as a lucrative investment destination.
The program will witness the participation of approximately 5,000 attendees, including notable industrialists, representatives of leading global and Indian corporations, as well as esteemed ambassadors and high commissioners.
