The coming year is expected to see AI adoption across enterprises and domains such as customer interactions, education, corporate learning, and robotics. AI is anticipated to become the most discussed technology in 2025, playing a pivotal role in devices, industries, and society as a whole.

He further noted, “In 2025, we anticipate stronger integration of emerging technologies like AR and VR for immersive and secure learning experiences.”
