Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav on Friday inaugurated the state’s eighth tiger reserve, the ‘Ratapani Tiger Reserve,’ and extended greetings to the citizens of the state on the occasion.
CM Yadav also flagged off a bike rally to create awareness about environmental and wildlife conservation. Additionally, the CM participated in the rally and was seen riding a bike during the event.
After dedicating the Ratapani Tiger Reserve, CM Yadav said, “Today, we inaugurated the Ratapani Tiger Reserve. A bike rally with our young friends was also organized to draw attention to the Ratapani Tiger Reserve. Society must be informed about our tourist destinations.”
He further stated that the state government had launched a 40-day campaign starting from Gita Jayanti (December 11) to ensure eligible individuals receive the benefits of public welfare schemes.
“Today, on this occasion, I would like to congratulate all the districts that have received the gift of various development projects worth over Rs 750 crores. Along with this, I hope we will continue the sequence of development further,” CM Yadav added.
In a post on X, the Chief Minister’s Office (CMO) said, “CM Yadav on Friday dedicated and performed Bhoomi Pujan of development projects worth Rs 758 crores in various districts of the Bhopal division at a program organized at Kushabhau Thackeray Auditorium (Minto Hall), Bhopal.”
“On the occasion of completing one year of the state government, I inaugurated the ‘Ratapani Tiger Reserve’ in the Raisen district and flagged off a bike rally to create awareness about protecting the heritage of the forest.”
In his post, the CM also emphasized that the number of tourists visiting the area would increase, and local citizens would gain new employment opportunities through the Ratapani Tiger Reserve.
